Details, 48 vehilcles, 4332 tonnes for 1778 metres.
Departed Parkeston 0915 hrs.
Away from West Kal 1000 hrs.
Seen in the loop at Merredin around 1530 hrs.

- 6PM7, NR34, NR44 and BRS221, Binduli 0820 hrs, visual, no photo.
- 6PS7, NR79, NR90, NR98, RQHY7055E and RZAY944. Details: 24 vehicles, 2060 tonnes for 1644 metres. Crossed 7S64 at Binduli 0925 hrs.

3PM4 with NR44, NR34 (stars) and RZBY208M mainline Parkeston 0840 hrs, headed west at 0930 hrs.

NR95 on 5MP5 failed at Swan View arround 1200 trapping D49 on 1S64 light engine behind it.
Eventually ARG Q4004 as 1LE5 ran to Midland crossed over at #28 signal to up main and ran to vicinity of Morrison Road to rescue 5MP5 then hauled it back to long arrivals Forrestfield to be collected by Pacific National.

8039 ran 5P25 wagons of rail to falshbut shunted yard and took out 10 empty rail wagons and stabled them on Midland loop while collected three gondolas from old workshops yard.
8039 ran back to the loop with three gondolas and attached to ten rail wagons then ran as 5P26 to Kewdale
NR31 & NR80 on 5PM5 crossed 8039 on 5P26 at #514 signal at Forrestfield yard entrance

I'm sure 8039 will stuff up again and therefore return to SA, wouldn't it be better to keep 8122 or 81 class here for shunting duties???
PN crews prefer the 81 class for shunting as it is more powerful.
