MA1862 ran 6UW1 light engine to old workshops to collect EMU set #92 and haul as 6UW2 to Claisebrook to be hauled by EMU to Nowergup for commissioning

6WP2 arried at Kewdale in early hours of morning
8122 ran 4P25 with EMU set #92 and wagons of rail to flashbut, rail detached and EMU #92 hauled to workshops for bogie conversion.
If you havent seen/got a shot of an EMU set being delivered to old workshops there are only two more to come sets #93 and #94 and these will be the last ever to be bogie converted in the old workshops.[/color]

6WP2 arrived Parkeston 1250 will have to shunt at West Kalgoorlie then proceed west

EMU set #92 was hauled out of EDI Bombardier plant in Maryborough Qld on June 23rd to Marybourough West.
Set #92 was attached to rear 752X freight arriving at Acacia Ridge on June 24th.
This EMU set was then converted from narrow gauge to standard gauge transfer bogies and hauled to Marandoo on 6BW4 then attached to rear 7YN3 to Port Augusta then onto rear of 6WP2 for run to Kewdale.

B-set 91 was snuck over to Midland workshops this morning around 9.30am, earlier than the usual time of around lunchtime. The transfer was conducted this morning after being cancelled at the last minute yesterday.

EMU set #91 was hauled to Morandoo NSW on 21st on 6BW4 steel and detached then attached to 7NY3 steel on 22nd hauled to Port Augusta arriving on 23rd then detached.

EMU set #91 been issue with QR authority to travel Walkers Siding Maryborough to Acacia Ridge on May 19th
To be hauled by local shunter Walkers Siding to Maryborough West on 19th
To be hauled Maryborough West to Acacia Ridge by Y752 overnight 19/20th
All things are always subject to change and all or part of this movement may not occur as planned

It is reported elsewhere that EMU #90 is due to leave Maryborough West overnight for Acacia Ridge at commencement of it delivery run to Perth.

No I was informed by a contact in Qld set #90 was collected from builder but it may not have left Maryborough West as in past this has occured.

EMU cars BEA490,BET690 and BEB590 were to be hauled from Walkers siding to Maryborough West on March 30th then hauled from Maryborough West to Acacia Ridge on train number Y752 in early hours of March 31st to be bogie exchanged.

MA1862 hauled Emu set #89 from the old Midland workshops to Claisebrook today. The MA had to pause in the workshops yard as two bobcats cleared some sand from the line.

8122 hauled the three gondola wagons containing standard gauge transfer bogies out of the forecourt at old workshops to be returned to Acacia Ridge Qld for use on next EMU transfer at lunchtime today.

EMU at #89 arrived at Pacific National Kewdale early this morning on rear of 7WP2.
It was hauled by 8122 to old workshops Midland at lunchtime for fitting of narrow gauge power bogies

Latest EMU cars to be completed BEA489, BET689 and BEB589 were collect by QR shunter from Walkers Maryborough siding and hauled to Maryborough West today. The EMUs on narrow gauge transfer bogies and cover wagons will be attached to rear of train number 6752 at Maryborough West tonight arriving in Acacia Ridge early hours tomorrow morning for fitiing standard gauge transfer bogies.
